Assay of Astragaloside Ⅳ in the Jianshenjiedu Lyophilized Powder for Peritoneal Dialysis

OBJECTIVE To develop a RP-HPLC method for the assay of astragaloside Ⅳ in the Jianshenjiedu lyophilized powder for peritoneal dialysis(PDJSLP).METHODS The analytical chromatographic column was a LiChroCART HPLC-Kartusche RP-18e(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(32∶68).The flow rater was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection shift temperature was 100.6 ℃.The N2 rater was 3.00 mL·min-1.RESULTS The average recovery of the method was 98.9%,RSD=1.19%(n=6).CONCLUSION The proposed method can be used in the quantitative analysis of astragaloside Ⅳ in the PDJSLP.And the method is convenient,economical and accurate with good reproducibility.
