Evaluate the Content with Lycium Barbarum Polysaccharides in Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula Granule and Traditional Chinese Medicine

OBJECTIVE Evaluate the content with Lycium barbarum polysaccharides in traditional Chinese medicine formula granule and traditional Chinese medicine.Evaluate the extraction methods.It may provide a theoretical basis to the development of traditional Chinese medicine formula granule.METHODS Using water extraction,ultrasonic extraction,microwave method to extract Lycium barbarum polysaccharides from Lycium barbarum traditional Chinese medicine and formula granule.Lycium barbarum polysaccharides extraction was used as control.Glucose was used as standard in the preparation of calibration curve.The content of polysaccharides was determined by phenol-vitriolic colorimetry.RESULTS The result showed that the content of Lycium barbarum polysaccharides in traditional Chinese medicine formula granule higher than traditional Chinese medicine.Microwave method to extract rate had best.CONCLUSION Development of traditional Chinese medicine formula granule of the active ingredient quantitative control,the use of modern analytical techniques as soon as possible reunification formula granule quality standards will benefit Chinese medicine to standardization,industrialization and internationalization.
