Preparation and Clinical Application of YiGu Oral Solution

OBJECTIVE To prepare Yigu oral solution and study its clinical effects. METHODS Study on the preparing technology of Yigu oral solution according to the proved reciped, establish the quality control method and observe the clinical effects of 124 cases with osteoporosis. RESULTS The preparation technology was feasible and the quality control method was reliable. The effective rate of treatment group was 91.94%, and the effective rate of control group was 75.8%. There was significantly difference between two groups(P<0.001). CONCLUSION Yigu oral solution can cure osteoporosis with reliable theraptic efficacy and little side effect.
