    Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochlorid in Ninsoulu(Syrup) by HPLC

    • OBJECTIVE To determine the (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) content of ephedrine hydrochlorid in Ningsoulu (syrup) by HPLC. METHODS The stationary phase was Diamonsil C18 column and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(9∶91), and the wavelength was set at 207 nm. RESULTS The linear range of ephedrine hydrochlorid was 1.026-102.6 mg·mL-1(r =0.999 8) with an average recovery rate was 99.02% (RSD=1.12%). CONCLUSIONS The method was simple, accurate and reproduciable, and it can be applied to determine the content of ephedrine hydrochlorid in Ningsoulu(syrup).
