Abstract
OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for the determination of dissolution of compound glycyrrhizin tablets. METHODS The analytical column was a shim-pack Kromasil 100A C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 2% acetic acid solution-acetonitrile (35∶65). The detection wavelength was 254 nm, and the flow-rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. RESULTS Ammonium glycyrrhizinate showed good linear relationship at the range of 80-800 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 98.74%,RSD 0.9%. CONCLUSION The results showed that this method was reliable and accurate, and can be used for dissolution of compound glycyrrhizin tablets.
