Study on Extraction Process of Jianpi Xiaoshi Granules

OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of Jianpi Xiaoshi granules. METHODS The orthogonal design was used to select the optimum extraction of Jianpi Xiaoshi granules according to the amounts of naringin and the yield of extraction．RESULTS The optimized extraction process was 12 times of water, and three times for 3 hours each time. CONCLUSION The process selected in this experiment is practicable and can be applied for preparation of Jianpi Xiaoshi granules．
