The Application of Microdialysis Technique in the Study of Drug-protein Binding

OBJECTIVE To introduce the application of microdialysis technique in the study of drug-protein binding. METHODS The principle and characteristics of microdislysis technique and the main influential factors of probe's relative recovery were summarized, and its application in the study of drug-protein binding was described in detail by consulting the recent literatures about microdialysis technique at home and abroad. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Compared with equilibrium dialysis and ultrafiltration method, microdialysis，a new technique for the in vitro or in vivo sampling has significant advantages and broad prospects in the study of drug-protein binding.
