    The Analysis and Countermeasure of 137 Case Reports to ADR Caused by Chinese Traditional Medicine Injection

    • OBJECTIVE To understand the occurrence circumstance for adverse drug reactions (ADR) caused by Chinese traditional medicine injections, and investigate the possible factors with correlated countermeasure. METHODS Used retrospective study,137 ADR reports collected at Chinese traditional medicine hospital of Zhejiang from 2006 to 2007 were statistically analyzed. RESULTS ADR were manifested variously at clinic,mainly as skin allergic reaction and fever caused by medicine,60 cases(43.80%) and 28 cases (20.43%),respectively.Total ADR involved in 24 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine injections, among them Shuang-huang-lian, Ci-wu-jia, Tan-re-qing injections induced 49 cases (35.77%).CONCLUSION The hospital should promote the rational use of Chinese traditional medicine injections, and strengthen the prevention, monitoring and wathfulness of ADR, to ensure the safety of clinical medication.
