Determination of Borneolum Syntheticum in Wulingzhitong Capsules by CGC

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of borneolum syntheticum in Wulingzhitong capsules. METHODS The analysis was carried out on an INNOWAX capillary column and FID detector.The initial column temperature was 80 ℃ and then raised (5 ℃·min-1) to 150 ℃. RESULTS The linear range was 0.100-10.015 mg·mL-1（r＝1.000）for borneolum syntheticum.The average recovery was 98.8 %（RSD=1.0%）. CONCLUSION This CGC method is simple, quick, accurate and available for quality control of Wulingzhitong capsules.
