Uncertainty Measurement in the HPLC Determination of Solanesol

OBJECTIVE To make the measures of the content of solanesol under control. METHODSTo establish a method for uncertainty analysis in HPLC determination. RESULTSAll the standard uncertainties were then divided according to the appropriate rules to give a combined standard uncertainty and an expanded standard uncertainty. CONCLUSIONMeasures result is controllable under constant instrument environment.
