Determination of 2，3，5，4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside Content in Zhiqing Granule by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To eatablish an HPLC for the determnination of 2，3，5，4′-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside content in Zhiqing granule.METHODS Using Dikma Technologies Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (25∶75)at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was 320 nm. RESULTS The average recovery was 101.5%, RSD was 1.0% (n=9). CONCLUSION The method is simple and can be used for the quality control of Zhiqing granule.
