Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of vitamin B6and related substances. METHODS A eclipse XBD-C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was used, and the mobile phase(1 000 mL) consisted of 0.34 g sodium acetate, 8.25 mL ice acetic acid and 5mL triethylamine. The detective wavelength was 290 nm.RESULTS An excellent linearity(r=0.999 9,n=5) was obtained over the range of 1-50 μg·L-1, the recovery of low, medium and high concentration level was (100.59±0.57)%,(100.97±0.38)% and (102.20±0.06)%,respectively.CONCLUSION This method is sensitive, specific, reproducible and easy to process.
