Quantitative Determination of Dehydrocorydaline in Rhizoma Corydalis by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To determine the content of dehydrocorydaline in Rhizoma Corydalis by HPLC.METHODS The analysis was carried out on Diamonsil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% acetic acid (18∶82); wavelength was 340 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.RESULTS The liner range of dehydrocorydaline was 0.163 0-1.630 4 μg. Regression equation was Y=1 553.5X + 1.306 1，r=0.999 9. The average recovery was 97.9% with RSD=1.38% (n=9).CONCLUSION The methods is accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as a quantitative analysis for Rhizoma Corydalis.
