Identification of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Fructus Schisandrae Sphenantherae by RP-HPLC and its Cluster Analysis and Discriminant Analysis

OBJECTIVE To identify fuctus schisandrae chinensis and fructus schisandrae sphenantheae by RP-HPLC.METHODS DIKMA DIAMONSIL C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)was used.The mobile phase was metharrol-water(65∶35)and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.RESULTS Using above optimum chromatography conditions，the HPLC of relative medicinal materials was established.CONCLUSION HPLC can be used for identification of fructus schisandrae chinensis and fructus schisandrae sphenantherae by Cluster Analysis and Discriminant Analysis.
