Studies on the fermentation conditions of CoenzymeQ10 by Yeast SY-3
OBJECTIVE In order to achieve higher yield of CoQ10,Different fermentation factors influencing CoQ10 production with yeast SY-3 were studied.METHODS Extracted by saponification and measured by HPLC. RESULTS and CONCLUSION Sucrose and peptone were favourit
