Synthesis of 7-hydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2(1H)-quinolinone
OBJECTIVE The purpose is to improve the preparative method of 7-hydroxy-3,4-dihydro-2(1H)-quinolinone.METHOD It was synthesized from m-anisidine via two-step reaction.RESULT The title compound was obtained with 59% overall yield.Two by-products was isolat
