High performance capillary electrophoresis separation of chiral drug intermediates with sulfated-β-cyclodextrin as chiral selector
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the separation of the enantiomers of two chiral drug intermediates-phenylethanediol, styrene oxide by capillary electrophoresis. METHOD Phosphate-triethylamine buffer (pH 2.5) was used as the electrophoresis solution.
