OBJECTIVETo determine the content Levofloxacin glucose injection. METHODA zero-crossing derivative spectrophotometry method.RESULTSThe calibration curves is linear in the range of 5.0-17.5ug.mL-1(r=0.9998)for Levofloxacin.The average recovery was 100.08%
