    • OBJECTIVE:To study the enhancemem of cytotoxicity of anticancer drugs in vitro by neferine(Nef).METHODS:Cytotoxicity assay was tested by MTT method,modulation of adriamycin(ADM)-induced apoptosis by Nef in MCF-7 cells was detected by Flow cytometty(FCM).
