Determination of Tetracainc Hydrochloride Eye drops by First Order Derivative Spectrophotomctry
Absttact:The content of tetracainc hydrochloride was determined by first order deriyative spectrophotometry. The absolute value of valley amplitude was used for the quantitative determination. The average recovery was 99.55% (RSD = 0.38%), r = 0.9997.
