Abstract

In this paper the technique of phasc separation-coacervation by ploymer interactionwas used to prepare microencapsules of fish oil. Detcrmined by gas chromatography, themasking dry powder was obtained with the yield of 67.90% and 66.56%, loading fate 14.3
