Effect of the Ointment Bases on Transdermal Penetration Rate of Metrimidazole

Hydrocarbon,o/w and w/o emulsifying bases were used to study the effect ofointment base on transdermal penetration of metrimidazole.The percutaneous rate of metri-midazole through rabbit skin in vitro was measured wsing modified Franz diffusion cell.There
