Improvement of technological process for Synthesis of Norfloxacin

Norfloxacin was prepared according to the Boric coordination complex method with mod ification. An available process starting from ethyl-1-ethyl-6-fluoro-7-chloro-4-oxo-1,4-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylate to Norfioxacin in 82.3% yield was described.
