    • The paper studies the seed vigor by quantitative determination in Gynostemma pentaphyllum. It shows optical density (O. D) of high vigor seeds is 0.135—0.129, O. D. of low vigor seeds is 0.025—0.028 and O. D. of none vigor seeds is 0.004—0.007。
