Studies on the determination of Praziquantel in plasma by RP HPLC method
A simple and sensitive RP HPLC method was developed for assaying Praziquantel (PZQ) in plasma. PZQ shows very strong fluorescence in the 44% of Tetrahydrofuran (THF) or Acetonitrile and the 56% of Distilled water with Ex 265nm and Em 285nm, and 4ng PZQ/ml
