Study for RNAi in Tumor Gene Therapy Drugs

The occurrence of tumor is the results of accumulation of multiple gene mutations, as well as network of gene controlling and regulation arising from the interaction of these genes. At present, more and more RNA interference(RNAi) technology was broadened to the field of tumor medicine. The review is focused on the application of RNAi technology in tumor gene therapy and the discovery and filter of its candidate gene as well as current clinical trials of RNAi-based drugs.
