The Optimization of Emulsifiers Considering Their Effects on Hemolysis of Brucea Javanica Oil Emulsion Injection

OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of different phospholipids on the results of hemolytic experimentation in Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection. METHODS The soybean lecithin and lecithin were used as emulsifier, and then make them with Brucea javanica oil, by accelerated examination, chose the best emulsifier based on the results of hemolytic experimentation. RESULTS The refined egg lecithin can extend genesic time of hemolysis. If the oil emulsion contains vitamine E, the genesic time of hemolysis becomes longer. CONCLUSION The refined egg lecithin can replace the soybean lecithin as emulsifier in Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection.
