The Effect of Pharmacist Intervention on Medication Adherence of Chronic Diseases Patient

OBJECTIVE To introduce advances in research on effect of pharmaceutical intervention on medication adherence of chronic diseases patients in recent years. METHODS Literatures at home and abroad were summarized. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION The medication adherence of the chronic disease patients is related to drug number, frequency and diet, etc, and pharmaceutical intervention can improve patients compliance.
