    Process Optimization of Soil-fried Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma Based on the Multi-Index-Response Surface Method

    • OBJECTIVE  To optimize the processing technology of soil stir-fried Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma(AMR).
      METHODS  UV-visible spectrophotometry and ultra-performance liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-QqQ-MS/MS) was used to determine the content of polysaccharides and active ingredients such as atractylenolideⅠ, atractylenolideⅡ, atractylenolide Ⅲ, etc. The colorimeter was used to determine the color value of soil-fried AMR powder. The contents of the above chemical components and the color value of soil-fried AMR were used as evaluation indexes. The single factor trial method was adopted to investigate the amount of excipients, stir-frying temperature and time of AMR. The analytic hierarchy process and criteria importance through inter criteria correlation(AHP-CRITIC) combined with the method of Box-Behnken response surface was used to design and optimize the processing technology of soil stir-fried AMR.
      RESULTS  The best processing technology of soil fried AMR were optimized to 28.4 g of soil added to 50 g of medicinal materials which was fried 5.30 min in 204 ℃.
      CONCLUSION  The process of soil stir-fried AMR determined in this experiment is feasible which can provide certain guiding significance for the industrial production of the processed products.
