Optimization of Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus(Huibei) Processing Technology Based on Response Surface Method Combined with Entropy Weight Method

    • OBJECTIVE  To optimize the processing technology of Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus(Huibei) by response surface methodology combined with entropy weight method.
METHODS  The single factor experiment combined with Box-Behnken design was used to optimize the processing technology, with 5 kinds of alkaloid(yibeissine, peimisine, peimine, peiminine, isobeta metrin) as the inspection indicators, combined with the weight coefficients were calculated by entropy weight method.
RESULTS  The optimum extraction process was determined as follows: crashing time for 95 seconds, material-to-ash ratio for 0.9%, sweating time for 5 h, and drying temperature for 45 ℃. The RSD between the validation results and the predicted values was 0.5%.
CONCLUSION  This optimized processing technology is stable amd feasible, which can provide the scientific basis for quality control of Fritillariae Thunbergii Bulbus(Huibei) processing technology.
