OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical constituents in Oxalis corniculata L. by UPLC-Q-Exactive-Plus-Orbitrap-MS technology.
METHODS A Hypersil GOLD C18 column(100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.9 μm) was used for gradient elution using 0.1% formic acid solution(A)-acetonitrile(B) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.3 mL·min–1, column temperature was 40 ℃, and injection volume was 1 μL. The electrospray ionization(ESI) source was adopted, and the scanning mode was positive and negative ion exchange, with the scanning range of m/z 100–1 500 and scanning mode of full scan+ddMS2. Mass spectrometry data were analyzed using Compound Discoverer 3.1 software, and compound structures were identified by referencing mzCloud, PubChem, OTCML databases, as well as fragment ion information of reference standards and relevant literature.
RESULTS A total of 110 compounds were identified from Oxalis corniculata, including 45 flavonoids, 41 organic acids, 7 amino acids, 6 coumarins, 5 alkaloids, 2 aldehydes and 4 other constituents.
CONCLUSION In this study, the chemical constituents of Oxalis corniculata are qualitatively analyzed by UPLC-Q-Exactive-Plus-Orbitrap-MS technology for the first time, which can provide reference for further pharmacodynamic material basis and quality control study of the crude medicine.
