Abstract
OBJECTIVE To optimize the optimum extraction process of volatile oil from Zhuang medicine Luoqianyu prescription. METHODS Based on the yield of volatile oil, the main components in the volatile oil were limonene, eucalyptus oleoresin α-terpineol, methyl salicylate and n-decanoic acid were identified and determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). The extraction process of volatile oil from luoqianyubabu was optimized by AHP-CRITIC method combined with orthogonal test. RESULTS The optimum extraction process of volatile oil from Zhuang medicine Luoqianyu prescription was to add 12 times of water for 8 h and extract once. CONCLUSION To establish the extraction process of volatile oil from Zhuang medicine Luoqianyu presciption can provide reference for the preparation of Zhuang medicine Luoqianyu cataplasm.
