Abstract
OBJECTIVE To optimize the prescription compatibility of Zhenwu decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure. METHODS The experimental design of 4 factors and 6 levels was carried out on the Zhenwu decoction by uniform design, and the content of six alkaloids was used as the index to determine the content. Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics were verified by using normal rats and chronic heart failure rats as models respectively. RESULTS Zhenwu decoction had the best effect in rats when the ratio of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata:Poria:Zingibers Rhizoma Recens:Paeoniae Radix Alba: Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma was 15:45:9:9:45, Cmax, AUC0-∞and brain natriuretic peptide were better than the original prescription(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The compatibility effect of this prescription is better than the original prescription, which can provide a certain reference for the clinical application of Zhenwu decoction.
