    Study on Detection Method of Six Porcine Viruses in Fucotto Products and Raw Materials by Gene Membrane Chip

    • OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid detection method of six porcine viruses in fucotto products and raw materials by using gene membrane chip technology. METHODS Six specific primers and probes of porcine viruses were designed to amplify the sample nucleic acid by PCR, and the products were hybridized and analyzed by gene membrane chip technology. RESULTS The established detection method had strong specificity, good stability and high sensitivity. The comprehensive detection limit was 1.0×105 copies·mL-1, which meet the requirements of daily inspection. CONCLUSION The rapid screening method of PCR gene membrane chip technology for six porcine viruses has been established, which can ensure the quality and safety of fucotto products and raw materials. This technology can be further applied to the detection of pork in farms and markets, and provide strong technical support for government regulators.
