Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish fingerprint of Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl. by HPLC, and to evaluate the quality of Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl. by cluster analysis and principal component analysis. METHODS Used the "Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation" software(2012 edition), 12 batches of Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl. were evaluated for similarity, and SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used for system cluster analysis and principal component analysis. RESULTS The established HPLC fingerprint of Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl. defined 12 commons peaks and identified 5 common peaks. The similarity of 12 batches of samples was 0.949-0.997, indicating the similarity of 12 batchs of samples were good. Twelve batches of samples were clustered into 2 categories; S7 and S8 were clustered into one category; the rest were custered into the other category. As principal component analysis, principal component 1-3 were main influential factors of medcicinal material quality; accumulative variance contribution rate of them was 96.93%. CONCLUSION The established HPLC fingerprint of Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl., and the results of cluster analysis and principal component analysis can provide reference for quality evaluation of Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl. and its exploitation and utilization.
