Research Progress of Cisplatin-based Combined Therapy in the Treatment of Breast Cancer

The incidence of breast cancer continues to rise, which seriously affecting women's health. Its treatment methods including surgical treatment, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and then endocrine therapy and immunotherapy, which are constantly updating. Chemotherapy is still the main clinical treatment strategy for advanced breast cancer or extramammary metastases. Cisplatin is a first-line chemotherapeutic drug for the treatment of breast cancer, but its adverse reactions and drug resistance limit its clinical application. At present, many studies have reported that cisplatin combined with other drugs can reduce the adverse reactions of cisplatin, overcome its drug resistance, so as to improve the anti-breast cancer effect. This article reviews the latest research progress of cisplatin combined with natural active ingredient, chemotherapeutic drugs, antibody and nucleic acid drugs in the treatment of breast cancer to provide some ideals for the selection of combined treatment for breast cancer.
