    Research Progress on Detection Method of Glibenclamide

    • OBJECTIVE To summary and discuss the development direction of research on analytical methods of glibenclamide. METHODS By consulting the relevant literature and summarizing, a variety of analytical methods for the detection of glibenclamide were described, the advantages and disadvantages of the methods were compared, and the analysis status of glibenclamide degradation products was introduced. RESULTS The detection technology of glibenclamide has been greatly improved in current, and the determination methods were more abundant. CONCLUSION High sensitivity, high selectivity and combination technique are the development direction of analytical methods.
