Practice and Exploration of Pharmacist Prescription Review Ability Training in Hospitals in Hubei Province

OBJECTIVE To introduce the training system of pharmacists' prescription review ability in hospitals in Hubei province to provide reference for the transformation training of pharmacists. METHODS The prescription review training process in Hubei province was introduced in detail from five aspects:training mode, training content, training course, training trainees and teachers management, training efficiency.RESULTS & CONCLUSION This training mode covers thousands of pharmacists in Hubei province, effectively improves the prescription review ability of hospital pharmacists, the level of pharmaceutical care in primary medical institutions, and promote rational drug use and ensure drug use safety.
