Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the key factors affecting the quality of Peucedani Radix, and to provide guidance for the cultivation and processing of Peucedani Radix. METHODS According to the current standard content determination method and quality indicators, analyzed the effects of different regions, growth years, parts, cultivation methods and processing methods on the quality of Peucedani Radix. RESULTS According to the results of influencing factors, origin, growth years, parts and processing methods had a great impact on the quality of Peucedani Radix. CONCLUSION It is recommended to plant Peucedani Radix at high altitudes, extend the planting period to more than three years and adopt a processing method of 60 ℃ drying. These ways can promote the standardized planting and production of Peucedani Radix.
