    Research Progress of the cGMP Role and Its Mediated Signaling Pathway in Platelet Aggregation

    • Thrombosis is the main killer of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Platelet aggregation plays an important role in the process of thrombosis. Anti-platelet aggregation is irreplaceable in the treatment of thrombotic diseases. cGMP plays a very important role in the regulation of platelet function; and its role is mainly through the eNOS-NO-cGMP-PKG pathway. This review mainly clarifies the effect and mechanism of cGMP on platelet aggregation.
