Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) method for the determination of aluminum in Fat Emulsion injection. METHODS Using matrix saturation system, direct dilution preparation and online internal standard introduction, the content was analyzed by ICP-MS. RESULTS The linear range of aluminum was 1-30 ng·mL-1, and the correlation coefficient(r) was 0.999 4, the RSDs of instrument precision and reproducibility were all <3%, the detection limit of the method was 1.04 μg·L-1, and the recoveries were 102.0%-113.3% with RSD of 3.6%(n=9). CONCLUSION The method is accurate, sensitive, simple and feasible, and can provide strong technical support for the determination of aluminum in Fat Emulsion injection.
