Thinking and Research of Regional Party Prescription Examination Based on the Working Mode of Medical Association——A Case Study of Jinshan District, Shanghai

OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of medical association work and prescription examination work in Jinshan District, and to explore the train of thought design and work development mode of constructing regional prescription examination center in Jinshan District. METHODS Through in-depth investigation and research on prescription examination work under the working mode of medical association in Jinshan District, combined with face-to-face interviews, literature research and other methods, this paper explored the construction framework and working mode of regional prescription examination center. RESULTS Jinshan District had formed a three-level linkage mechanism of urban tertiary hospitals-regional medical centers-basic medical institutions, which had established a good working foundation for the development of regional prescription examination centers under the medical association. The establishment of regional prescription examination centers had been explored and tried in many places in China, which played an obvious role in improving the prescription examination work. The three-level linkage medical association working mode in Jinshan District could provide a better working foundation and a smoother linkage mechanism for regional prescription examination work. CONCLUSION It has practical significance and value to explore the establishment of regional prescription examination center in Jinshan District by relying on the three-level linkage system of tertiary general hospitals-regional medical centers-basic medical institutions. The construction of regional prescription examination center based on medical association will ensure the supervision of prescriptions and doctor's orders of every medical institution in the region, effectively strengthen regional medical quality and ensure the safety of patients' medication.
