    Inhibitory Effect of Different Part of Taraxaci Herba on RAW264.7 Cells Based on Grey Relational Analysis

    • OBJECTIVE To Study on the difference of chemical constituents in different parts of Taraxaci Herba and the inhibitory effect to the RAW264.7 cells which aim to explore the precision use of Taraxaci Herba. METHODS The liquid phase chromatogram of different parts was established by using HPLC and identified with components, the inhibitory effect of different parts extracts on the proliferation of inflammatory cell RAW264.7 was determined by using MTT method, and used gray association software to associate the peak area of the chromatographic peak with the anti-inflammatory drug effect to calculate the contribution rate of each component. RESULTS Different species and contents of components in the roots, stems, leaves, and flowers were different in Taraxaci Herba. In vitro efficacy studies, the flowers of Taraxaci Herba worked best effect on inhibition of RAW264.7 cells which the inhibition rate was 65.51%. The leaves and roots of Taraxaci Herba ranked second. The results of grey relational analysis showed that the chlorogenic acid, hesperidin, diosmetin, luteolin, isorhamnetin had greater degrees of contribution on inhibition RAW264.7 cells was quite different compared with other components. CONCLUSION There are differences in different parts of Taraxaci Herba. This experiment clarified the precise medicinal site of Taraxaci Herba.
