Problems and Countermeasures of Funds Management of Drug Clinical Trial Projects

OBJECTIVE To strengthen the management of drug clinical trials’ funds and improve the quality of clinical trials.METHODS Summarized and analyzed the problems in the management of clinical trials’ funds, combined literature and practical exploration, proposed countermeasures and suggestions.RESULTS Managed drug clinical trials’ funds scientifically and standardly, protected the legal rights and interests of subjects, investigators and institutions.CONCLUSION Improving the management system of clinical trials’ funds and strengthening information management can enhance the management level and ensure the quality of clinical trials.
