Exploration of Standardized Training System for Pharmacists in Preparation Posts in Hospital

OBJECTIVE To explore the standardized training system of pharmacists in preparation posts in hospital.METHODS Combined with the training mode and work practice of preparation pharmacists in the First Affiliated Hospital, College of Medicine, Zhejiang University, the organization system, training procedure and assurance system and others were designed to propose a training system with preparation specialty characteristics for resident pharmacists.RESULTS A whole set of pharmacists in preparation posts training management plan was established, and the standardized training system of pharmacists in preparation posts had been set up preliminary.CONCLUSION The study lays the foundation and accumulates experience for standardized training of the pharmacists in preparation posts.
