Abstract
OBJECTIVE To provide reference for clinical medication and the development of potential new prescriptions through study the medicinal rules of Tibetan herbal medicine Corydalis hendersonii and the compatibility of prescriptions containing this herb. METHODS The compatibility rule of prescriptions containing Corydalis hendersonii and the rule of medication for high-frequency diseases was analyzed by used data mining methods such as Apriori algorithm and community modularization. RESULTS A total of 109 kinds of prescriptions contained Corydalis hendersonii were collected, containing 364 kinds of Tibetan herbal medicines. It was found that Corydalis hendersonii was mostly used in combination with heat-clearing and analgesic herbs, and activate blood circulation herbs and run long herbs through the frequency statistical analysis. Prescriptions contained Corydalis hendersonii were mainly treated Tibetan diseases such as "Peigen Mubu", heat diarrhea and plague, et al. The Tibetan herbal medicine combination with the highest frequency and degree of support and confidence was Corydalis hendersonii-Lagotis brachystachya, Corydalis hendersonii-Terminalia chebula, and Corydalis hendersonii-Zhaxun, it embodied the "main and auxiliary compatibility" rule of Tibetan medicine prescriptions. Corydalis hendersonii were often used in combination with heat-reducing and run long herbs, antidiarrheal herbs, hemostatic herbs, anti-epidemic herbs and detoxifying herbs in the treatment of "Peigen Mubu" diseases, heat diarrhea diseases and plague. In addition, there were obvious differences in the compatibility of the various prescriptions, which was in line with the rule of "monarch-minister-general-warrior" in Tibetan medicine prescriptions. CONCLUSION The prescriptions containing Corydalis hendersonii have clear characteristics, and the diseases are closely related to the drug combination, which is in line with the rule of "monarch-minister-general-warrior" in Tibetan medicine prescriptions. It shows that this rule has important guiding significance in the development of potential new prescriptions and clinical personalized medicine. The research results can provide important references for the rational use of Corydalis hendersonii and prescriptions containing Corydalis hendersonii.
