    Study on the Extraction Process of Liqi Huoxue Recipe by Orthogonal Design Combined with G1-entropy Weight Method

    • OBJECTIVE To optimize the water extraction process parameters of Liqi Huoxue recipe. METHODS Took salvianolic acid B, ferulic acid and puerarin transfer rate and extract yield as evaluation indexes, and the amount of water added, extraction time and soaking time were used as evaluation indicators, L9(34) orthogonal experiment design and G1-entropy method were used to optimize the optimum water extraction process parameters of Liqi Huoxue recipe. RESULTS The optimal water extraction process of Liqi Huoxue recipe were adding 10 times the amount of water for the first time, soaking for 0.5 h, decocting for 1.0 h, adding 8 times the amount of water for the second time, decocting for 0.5 h, and adding 8 times the amount of water for the third time, decocting for 0.5 h. CONCLUSION The optimized water extraction process of Liqi Huoxue recipe is stable and feasible.
