Analysis on the Rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Chloasma Based on Data Mining

OBJECTIVE To analyze the regularity and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chloasma based on data mining. METHODS Based on the key words of "chloasma" and "traditional Chinese medicine", the relevant literatures of CNKI in the past decade were searched, the prescriptions for chloasma with a clinical cure rate of 70% were sorted out, and the treatment methods, high-frequency drugs, drug compatibility, dosage and treatment course in the literatures were summarized and analyzed. RESULTS A total of 277 prescriptions for chloasma were selected, including 173 prescriptions for internal use and 104 prescriptions for external use; the most frequently used drugs were traditional Chinese medicine for internal use(31.28%), followed by combination of internal and external application of mask(23.08%); in the statistical analysis of drugs, the top three traditional Chinese medicines with the highest frequency for internal use were Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Poria cocos and Chuanxiong Rhizoma; In the prescription of external application of traditional Chinese medicine, the three most frequently used drugs were Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, Poria cocos and Bletilla striata. Drug dosage, course of treatment and adverse reactions were different due to different etiology, medication and individual constitution. CONCLUSION When treating chloasma with traditional Chinese medicine, it is better to treat chloasma with the combination of internal administration and external application of mask. It is better to choose blood activating stasis removing drugs and blood enriching drugs to regulate the body, and combine traditional Chinese medicine facial mask external application, acupuncture and surrounding needling at the same time, and achieve a good effect, so as to achieve the purpose of both manifestation and root cause of disease.
