Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish sensitive indexes for the rational application of carbapenems antibiotics. METHODS The sensitivity index of rational application of carbapenems antibiotics was preliminarily established by searching literatures and discussion of the research group, the Delphi method was adopted to conduct 2 rounds of letter consultation for 18 pharmaceutical, medical and microbiological inspectors respectively, and the results were statistically sorted out. RESULTS The sensitive indexes of rational application of carbapenem antibiotics constructed included 3 first-level indexes, 11 second-level indexes and 26 third-level indexes. The positive coefficients in the two rounds of expert consultation were respectively 86.4% and 94.7%, and the authoritative coefficients were 0.83 and 0.88. Kendall's W of the first rounds was 0.169, and the second rounds was 0.304. The 3 first-level indexes were 0.414, 0.308 and 0.311, respectively, there were statistically significant by χ2 test (P<0.01). CONCLUSION The sensitive quality indicators based on modified Delphi technique in the rational application of carbapenems antibiotics are credibility. It can provide an objective and quantifiable evaluation tool for the quality evaluation of the rational application of carbapenems antibiotics in pharmaceutical management.
