    Analysis on the Rule of Treating Psoriasis Based on Data Mining

    • OBJECTIVE To analyze the prescription law of treating psoriasis with traditional Chinese medicine based on data mining. METHODS Association rule analysis and factor analysis of traditional Chinese medicine compounds included in the standard were conducted by using Excel 2013, SPSS Modeler 14.1 and other software with journal literatures collected by CNKI, Wanfang database and VIP database as data sources. RESULTS A total of the 178 prescriptions were included, unprocessed rehmannia root and Moutan Cortex were the most common. Through association rule analysis, it was found that there were 13 drug pairs with the highest association strength, and 7 common factors were extracted from the factor analysis. CONCLUSION Modern information technology is used to integrate traditional Chinese medicine clinical data with big data. It has preliminarily defined the law of Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis. The final feedback is given to the clinic, which provided the basis for guiding the clinical use of drug more safe and reasonable and the basis of development of new prescription.
